How long will my repair take?
Most routine services (oil changes, brake pads, diagnostics) are completed same-day. Larger repairs typically take 1-2 days. We'll give you a clear timeline with your estimate and text you updates.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, Amex, Discover), debit cards, cash, and personal checks. For larger repairs, ask about payment options.
Do I need an appointment?
We accept both appointments and walk-ins. Appointments guarantee a time slot, but we welcome drop-ins and will get you in as quickly as possible.
How do I know if I really need the repair?
We show you exactly what we found — often with photos from under your vehicle. We explain what's urgent, what can wait, and what's just something to monitor. No pressure.
Do you offer financing?
We accept all major credit cards and can sometimes work out a payment plan for larger repairs. Just ask at the front desk — we'll do what we can to help.
